Payment Currency
All prices on furrynote.com are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP Β£). If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. Furrynote is not responsible for any such charges.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged before completing checkout and confirming your purchase.
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

Your payment security is our top priority. All transactions on furrynote.com are protected by:

We never store, see, or have access to your full card details at any point.
Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive:
- An Order Confirmation Email β sent immediately to your registered email address, containing your order number, itemised summary, and delivery details
- A Shipping Confirmation Email β sent once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and estimated delivery date
If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at info@furrynote.com with the email address used at checkout.
Pricing and VAT
- All prices displayed on furrynote.com are in GBP (Β£)
- Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by UK law
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
- The price you pay is the price shown at the time of completing checkout β we will never charge you more than the amount confirmed on your order summary
Payment Failures
If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Incorrect card details entered
- Insufficient funds
- Card expired or blocked for online transactions
- Your bank declining the transaction for security reasons

Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, all orders are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent or where payment verification cannot be completed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified by email. If you believe your order has been cancelled in error, please contact us at info@furrynote.com.
Discount Codes and Promotions
If you have a valid discount code or promotional offer:
- Enter the code at checkout in the designated discount code field before completing payment
- Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated
- Discount codes are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion
Refunds and Chargebacks
If you are entitled to a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days of your return being approved.
Please do not raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us first. We are always happy to resolve any issue directly and promptly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
Pricing Errors
In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this applies to your order.
